This painting is part of the “warriors” series that the Lord has been speaking to me about. In early 2021 I painted this woman and also the male warrior “Dread Champion”. These women represent the movement that the Lord is doing in the hearts and minds of women. He has spoken to me many times about the future for women, how they will discover and walk into who He really made them to be. We have heard in church for years that women are the “helpers” as in “assistant” to men. When you look more closely at the words in Genesis 2, we are not just “helpers’ but the “ezer kennegdo” which actually translates to one who comes along to fight battles with you (as in Azar-the Holy Spirit) and we are the opposite and corresponding strength (“kennegdo”) So what women really are is the perfect complement to men, supplying the opposite abilities and skill and bringing this opposite strength to them. As male and female together , perfectly complementing the other and supplying what the other is lacking, they turn in unity to fight and battle for their families, their finances, their futures, and their communities.
The power of male and female together, the original design of mankind, is going to be revealed more and more in the coming days and we will learn how to live in this “togetherness” Arise, ladies, the battle is heating up and the Lord is calling you up!
